Tribe Leader has many useful functions to help you LEAD YOUR TRIBE.

Managers and supervisors can create rotas/rosters and assign tasks to each work shift when required. Staff receive real time, in app notifications of their working hours and of any tasks they may have to carry out.

Each Tribe has its own unique media library which allows photos and videos to be uploaded into tailored categories. The media library can be populated with your training or “how to” videos and photos for staff to view at any time. The media library empowers staff with extra knowledge about their workplace, improving their performance. Media files and text can be attached and shared through the apps messaging function, similar to other well-known communication apps, but this is all in your Tribe Leader account.
